practice sqaud in franchise mode
a practice squad in franchise mode would be helpful to develop late round draft picks and free agents and would make it worthwhile

Online Franchise Leagues (with realistic Salary cap)
A fully featured online franchise that would allow multiple team trades and future draft picks with the option for the commissioner to accept or reject the trade. Realistic financial model from revenue to salary cap like the real NFL to so roster decisions come with a price.

Enhance Franchise Properly
Put this in general idea but thought it's be better here.
1: Bring back the Newspaper and GM emails
2: Should be able to delegate time for practice, film breakdown, PR, etc. like you can in NBA live.
3: Have player personalities or at least have the player's morale affect the team and the team's cohesion. Personalities would be better but pretty hard. Like outspoken WR's, unstable QB's, trash talking LB's, etc.
4: Linked with #3 is a team chemistry and/or individual locker room influences. Have player that will add/subtract from team chemistry and that get cocky on winning streaks or players who pick the team out of a slump.
5: Bring back franchise players, and have them affect the morale and motivation of the team.
6:Fix the draft up. Make scouting better by not giving any information unless they'd been scouted. Make the actual draft more exciting by adding in GM suggestiosn which differ from the coaches suggestons whcih differs from player suggestion and fan's suggestions. Make it a big deal that can turna franchise around.
7: Have other teams trade for players throughout the season not just sign free agents and put players on the trade block. Make them willing to trade away draft picks for the players they want, especially if it's a weak draft class.
8: Have the trade block affect players more, if they're put on it or if they're in the position wanted by the team have them either have their morale drop or have them play harder.
9: Have other player's agents/ free agents around the leage contact your team requested a work out or a contract.
10: Have older declining players or team oriented players willing to restructure their contracts in order to improve the team. -

Gamebreaks
When we create a Franchise Mode, they need to start having Gamebreaks from other games in our Franchise. On settings y'all can have something where we can turn Gamebreaks off, for the people who don't want it on. We need to know what's going on with other teams, especially teams in our division. That's stupid to simulate the games before or after we play, because most of the games are suppose played at the same time on Sundays; and for those games, we can have Gamebreaks and a score list at the bottom of the screen at the end of every quarter.

The Coaches Philosophy
I was hoping that the Coaches Philosophy would have a big effect on the Franchise Mode.
Whenever I use the Vikings and put 70% RB1, 30% RB2, I expected at the end of the season that Taylor will have AT LEAST 600 yards instead of Peterson (Almost 2000, if not over) and Jackson (over 500) being the only 2 with significant yards (other than the Full back on 2 rushes and a Trick Play Reverse).

Seeing Highlights on Draft Pick
What our draft picks, don't just put how the players are and what they did in college. Show us some highlights of what the players did in college. Just like the coaches in NFL, they've already seen how the players were before they drafed them. Just putting words is not enough, we need highlights. And don't show just one play, one play is not enough. One minute of a highlight will be fine. We can just click on the player who we want to see the highlights of. While we're looking at the highlights our draft time will still be running out.

Coaches and Players opinions
In the Franchise mode, after the game, the Head Coach and a couple of players can have their opinion about the last game. You know when you be hearing coaches and players saying what they need to work on when they lose, and how good they played when they win. It'll be good if we hear from our coaches and players.

Pro Bowl Helments
In the Pro Bowl don't put a "N" on all the NFC Players Helment, and a "A" on all the AFC Players Helment. Let them use their regular Helment. Like they use in the NFL.

Faces for Rookies and Created team Players
On Franchise mode when it's time for a new season, and we draft players, they don't have a face. You know right when the game starts, they show the key players' name and face. Every year they only show the faces of the players that was playing before that Madden. You can give the new players a face too. If you can give them a name, you can give them a face. The players that's on created teams too, you can also make a face for those players also.

Y'all need to fix a error
On the Franchise when you go to Team Stats, and check your team stats to see how your team is doing, y'all have interceptions and Sacks in the wrong spot. Example: if you made 12 interceptions and 3 sacks, on the team stats it'll say 12 sacks and 3 interception.
That's not all, if your team made the most interceptions, and your team suppose to be 1st in interceptions it'll say your team is 32nd in it; It'll say the opposite. So y'll need to fix the Team Stats.
