practice sqaud in franchise mode
a practice squad in franchise mode would be helpful to develop late round draft picks and free agents and would make it worthwhile

I've been wanting this one for a long time now. I think it would be a great addition because most of the time you low end draft picks just end up getting cut and it was a waste of time to even bother drafting them.
