Refs Personalities
i think giving refs personalities will make the game more realistic. For instance there could be refs that call lots of penalities or refs that hardly call any... almost like the umpire personalities on "MLB The Show". Giving refs peronalities on Madden could also develop the idea for new penalities in madden.

no it would not be cool all refs are supposed to make the same calls so if madden put this in it be a slap to the face to the NFL...... it would be like ref personalitys on NBA it wouldnt work they all have to make the same calls
